When I first got in the real estate business in 1991 a mentor told me to find a good appraiser and develop a business relationship with him.

And by doing this it would ensure my success because I would learn how to price a home. Which is the key, to being a successful listing agent.

And I must say that I discovered Bill after being in the business only a couple of years and I have never recommended another appraiser since.

On several occasions I would call him to ask where I could get comps for a house that I just listed and he actually appraised it before.

To this day I still rely on Bill’s help when a house is tough to get a value on.

So I say all of that to say this, if you really want to know the true value of a house then Bill’s the man!
